Q. The site does not work smoothly. I can't buy a ticket well.

The operation of this site is affected by the equipment you are using.
1. Some HP may not work well on mobile phones and old PCs that are not suitable for browsing the Internet.
2. If the browsing browser is an old version, it may interfere with the operation.

In case of 1, for example, if you were using a mobile phone, you can access it from a tablet or PC, change the device you are using, and try again.

Q. When I press the purchase button, the screen goes blank and I don't know if it was purchased.

Problems may occur depending on the equipment used.

If you have purchased a ticket, you will receive an email from cafe.eclaircie@pb08.ascendbywix.com to your account email address. Also, once the ticket is purchased, it will be put on the viewing page of the target live, so please check these two.

If neither of the two is present, the ticket has not been purchased.

If you cannot purchase it, please change the equipment used.

Q. Why are the tickets for each performer different even though they are the same event?

In a live event with multiple performers, tickets are prepared for each performer even in the same event in order to manage the number of customers attracted by each performer. Regardless of which ticket you purchase, you can basically see the event from the beginning to the end, so please purchase the ticket of the artist you support.

Q. Can I cancel after purchasing a ticket?

I'm sorry. Please note that the distribution tickets on this site cannot be canceled after purchase.

However, the exception is when the live distribution of the ticket purchased is canceled or not performed.

Q. You may have purchased duplicate tickets.

Please be assured that you can only purchase one same live ticket per account. If you fail to make a purchase, or if you pay at a convenience store, you can repeat the online purchase procedure until the payment at the convenience store is completed.

Q. Is the "validity period" stated at the time of ticket purchase the period during which the distribution can be viewed?

This description is the period that indicates the validity of the ticket (put it on the viewing page). Please check the Live Schedule separately for the ticket purchase / archive viewing deadline. Please note that the schedule and viewing page will be deleted without notice after 14 days from the live distribution.

Q. I bought a ticket but can't enter the viewing page.

First, make sure you are logged in with the account from which you purchased the ticket. If you are logged in but cannot enter the viewing page, please log in again by selecting "Logout" → "Login" and try to enter the viewing page.

Q. I have completed my purchase, but I have not received the purchase completion email.

After the payment is completed, it will be automatically sent to the email address logged in at the time of purchase. It may be sorted to the junk mail folder etc. depending on the reception setting. Please check again.

* There have been some cases where the purchase email did not arrive at docomo. It seems that this purchase email is automatically caught in the filter.

Q. Can I watch the distribution if I have purchased it even if I did not receive the purchase completion email?

Yes, the account will be given viewing rights when you make the purchase, and you will be able to enter the event viewing page at that point.

Q. I haven't received an email, but I want to know how to check if I have purchased it.

If you have purchased a ticket, you can enter the viewing page for the event you purchased.

If you have not purchased it, you will not be able to enter the page, so you can confirm that you have purchased the ticket by entering it on the viewing page.

Q. The live stream does not start or the stream is interrupted even when the time comes.

Please check the internet connection of the member's device, update the browser, and then play again. Please note that distribution depends on the performance of the playback device and the Internet environment. Even if you cannot watch the stream successfully, you can watch the archive of the live stream once purchased for 14 days, so please use it.

Q. Is it possible to make comments during the live performance?

Yes, there is a chat field on the right side of the viewing page (smartphone is at the bottom of the screen), so you can enter comments there during distribution. If the artist is looking at the comment, you can communicate with the artist by typing the comment, so please use it.

Q. How do I view the delivery archive?

The recorded archive after the distribution is finished is in the same live viewing page as at the time of distribution. A little while after the live distribution ends, you will be able to see the archive from that screen, so please enjoy it on the viewing page for 14 days from the end of the live distribution to the archive deadline.

Q. Can I see comments during the archive?

Comments can be entered and viewed in the chat section of the viewing page only during live distribution, and the comment function cannot be used in subsequent recording archives.

Q. How long can I view the archive if I purchase the ticket 13 days after the live distribution?

The archive will be delivered live for 14 days, so if you purchase it on the 13th day, you can watch it on that day and until the next day.

Q. What happens if the purchased live broadcast is canceled or the appearance is canceled?

In the unlikely event that the concert is canceled or the appearance is canceled, the artist will take care of everything, so please contact the counter directly.

Q. How many cameras and microphones do you use for distribution?

At our shop, we use 4 cameras and 2 condenser microphones to deliver high-quality sound and high image quality. During the production, the staff will switch the image from 4 fixed cameras.

Q. How much can I set up a paid distribution ticket?

If you hold a concert by charter, you can freely set the price of the live ticket. Paid tickets can be priced from 1 yen to 10,000 yen or more.

Q. 無料配信で投げ銭は出来ますか?

投げ銭の売上から20%手数料を差し引いた全額をアーティスト様にお支払いいたします。

Q. I want to allow viewers to view without registering as a member.

In the case of paid distribution, membership registration is always required to link the account and purchase information, but in the case of free distribution, anyone can watch without membership registration.

Q. I want to be able to see only my acquaintances with free distribution.

Yes, in the case of free distribution, by making it accessible only to those who know the URL of the viewing page without creating an entrance to the viewing page on the HP, only acquaintances will be able to see the distribution.

Q. Is it possible to make a free invitation with paid distribution?

Yes. It is possible. There is no limit to the number of free invitations, and you can watch, type in, and throw money in chat.

Q. Is it possible to tell the number of customers who purchased the concert before the concert?

We have created a page to inform the performers of the number of tickets purchased.

Q. Can I see comments during the live?

Yes, you can see the comments from your tablet, smartphone, etc. on the viewing page during distribution. (Comments disappear when the distribution is over)

You can also watch the viewer's reaction, interact with the viewer through comments, and accept requests.

Q. Is it possible to deliver at the same time as another site?

In our distribution system, we will only distribute on our site.

Q. Is it possible to insert a telop for a song during live streaming?

We do not provide services such as adding telops to the delivered video.

Q. Can I prepare the image of the schedule page here?

​Yes, in the case of charter or one-man live, the image can be used if the organizer or artist prepares it. The size of the image will be 16: 9. Please refer to the live schedule page for images.

Q. Please tell me about the delivery service fee that was included in the price guide.

We charge a delivery service fee including the delivery page created at our shop, the delivery page for free invitations, the number of tickets purchased, and the delivery of archive data on the day of the live.

The delivery service charge is 2000 yen for charter and one-person, and 1000 yen for one group for booking live.

There is no need to pay for video data separately.

Q. 配信で映像や音声のトラブルがあった場合はどうなりますか。

生配信や録画の映像に多少乱れが生じた際も配信チケットの返金は出来かねますが、例外として全く配信が見れない場合などは返金対応をさせて頂きます。

Q. Can I purchase the delivery archive?

At our shop, the video data of the distribution is included in the distribution service charge, so you do not need to purchase it.

The data will be sent as a forwarding file at a later date, but please note that the DL deadline is 7 days and the data will be handed over only once.

Q. アーカイブ映像をSNSなどに上げるのにお店の許可は必要ですか?

出演者はご自身の映像はお店の許可なしに自由にお使い頂けます。
トラブル防止のため、他の出演者が映っているシーンを使う場合はその方に許可を得るようお願いいたします。

Q. アーカイブ映像を販売することは可能ですか?

はい、商用・非商用に関わらず映像の使用は自由ですが、収録編集するライブ映像と違い生配信のアーカイブは一度切りの映像のため、様々な要因で音声や映像にミスが出る可能性がある事を予めご理解ください。

Q. Can you provide data and paras for each camera in the distribution archive?

The data that can be handed over is only the data that was actually delivered in the archive.

Video data and para sound sources for each camera cannot be handed over.

Q. How much is the usage fee for the distribution system?

In our distribution live, the distribution fee is 10% of the distribution ticket sales. (Purchaser will be charged 250 yen + settlement fee for each ticket purchase as a system usage fee)

There is also a 20% commission on sales of thrown money. Please see here for the detail.

Q. How long does it take to create a distribution ticket or viewing page?

We will create a delivery ticket page, viewing page, etc. within about 5 business days after receiving all the information necessary for posting.

Q. Is it possible to specify the sales start date and release date of the delivery ticket?

Since all distribution tickets and sales pages are created one by one by the work of the staff, it is not possible to specify the ticket sales start date and page release date in detail. note that.

Q. What happens if I cancel the live performance?

If you cancel the charter live or the appearance booking live, you will be required to pay the cancellation fee specified by our shop, and the organizer and artist will be responsible for refunding the delivery ticket.

In case of cancellation, please note that the fee excluding the delivery fee and system usage fee of the already purchased ticket will be refunded to the organizer and artist.

Q. How will the payment be made on the day of the concert?

Our live broadcast is divided into two parts: payment on the day of the live and payment after viewing the archive. This item is about the settlement on the day of the concert.

Yes, on the day of the live, we will give you a paper list of those who purchased until the day. In addition, after the 14-day distribution viewing period is over, we will send you a PDF file with a list of all purchasers of distribution tickets and thrown money.
However, personal information such as the e-mail address and telephone number of the delivery ticket purchaser is not given in consideration of personal information protection.
